Sister Wives‘ Kody Brown and ex-wife Christine Brown raised six children before calling it quits in November 2021 — and their brood is still expanding with the addition of grandkids.
Kody entered into a spiritual union with Christine in 1994. At the time, he was legally married to first wife Meri Brown and spiritually married to Janelle Brown. Christine and Kody quickly expanded their family, welcoming daughters Aspyn (March 1995), Mykelti (June 1996), Gwendlyn (October 2001), Ysabel (March 2003) and Truely (April 2010), as well as son Paedon (August 1998).
Kody began courting Robyn Brown in 2010. Four years later, Kody divorced Meri to legally marry Robyn and adopt her three children from a previous relationship. Kody — who is a father of 18 altogether — remained spiritually married to Christine, Janelle and Meri until their respective splits were announced in November 2021, December 2022 and January 2023.
“When I decided to leave, I just looked at the next 10 years of my life and I was like, ‘You know what, no, I’m not gonna repeat what I’ve done for the last 10 years,’” Christine exclusively told Us Weekly in October 2022. “I decided from that point on, I would not look forward or back.”
