TMZ got video of the troubled singer going out of a commercial bank in Bev Hills. When he got to his parked Mercedes G-Wagon, he saw an annoying parking ticket on the windshield.
Some of our sources told us earlier that Bieber had trouble parking the big car in a shed because the G-Wagon was too tall.
Bieber is said to have parked the SUV in a loading zone instead, and the car doesn’t have a front license plate, which is needed in California. A traffic cop came by, wrote a ticket, and slapped it on Bieber’s window, so it was clear that this was a bad choice.
This part was caught on video, along with Bieber quickly leaving First Credit Bank and grabbing the bottom of his very loose pants.
Even though it’s just a ticket, the event shows Bieber’s problems lately. As you know, TMZ Investigates just put out a video called “What Happened to Justin Bieber?” It’s about Bieber’s troubling behavior that has made a lot of his fans worried. The documentary also talks about his alleged drug use, marriage problems, money problems, and claimed ties to a cult.
