The Rolling Stones are coming to a stadium near you.

The rock icons announced a 16-city trek of the U.S. and Canada — Stones Tour ’24 Hackney Diamonds — which kicks off April 28 at Houston’s NRG Stadium. AARP is sponsoring the tour.

The live shows are in support of the band’s new album, Hackney Diamonds, which was released last month. It features collaborations with Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Elton John and Lady Gaga, who performed alongside Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood at their surprise club concert in New York on the album’s release day. Attendees included Daniel Craig, Chris Rock, Mary-Kate Olsen, Trevor Noah, Jimmy Fallon and Elvis Costello.

Tickets for the tour go on sale Dec. 1 and the Stones will visit Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium, Santa Clara’s Levi Stadium, New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field, Chicago’s Soldier Field and Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium, where the Super Bowl will be held. The band will also perform at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on May 2.

The U.S. last hosted the Stones during their No Filter tour in 2021.

Hackney Diamonds is the band’s first album of original music since 2005’s A Bigger Bang. The new album’s first single, “Angry,” recently earned a nomination for best rock song at the 2024 Grammy Awards, which will take place Feb. 4.

In 2016, the Stones released the blues covers album Blue & Lonesome, which won the band their third Grammy.

AEG Presents’ Concerts West is the promoter of the Stones Tour ’24 Hackney Diamonds.
