Richard said these things to her while she was testifying in Diddy’s sex trafficking trial.

When asked to explain what she meant by what she said, she said that she thought Diddy was saying “that people could die.”
Richard also said in court that she saw Diddy hurt Cassie physically while they were dating.
“He would drag her, kick her, and punch her in the mouth,” she said on the stand.
Richard had already sued the Bad Boy Records owner on her own, saying that he harassed her and abused her sexually.
Richard’s lawsuit made a lot of accusations against Diddy, which he strongly rejected.
